                           SPCRR Train Storage Facility, Ardenwood Historic Farm, Fremont, CA
                           RFQ submittal for site adaptation of a 50' x 125' steel framed
                           historical train storage building. Commission awarded August 2003

                           Assisted tenant with redesign of entry facade and obtaining
