                            jurisdiction. Contextual front facade and contemporary rear
                            facing bay. 80' deep pile foundation and steel framing.

                            98th & MacArthur, Oakland, CA
                            2500 SF speculative residence on an upslope lot.
                            Obtained planning approval.

                           Sneath Minor Subdivision, San Bruno, CA
                            2 new 2800 SF, 2-car garage residences on a sloped lot.
                            Project approved by city.

                           Production and design development of an owner designed
                           custom residence.

2003               535 6th Street, Montara, CA
                          Production Architect for a custom 2650 SF home.
                          Co-designed with PKM Construction Co., Inc. and owners.

                           552 Myrtle Street, Half Moon Bay, CA
                           Preparation of design review and construction document
                           package for a new dwelling on an R-2 zoned parcel.
                           For PKM Construction Co., Inc., designer/general contractor.

                           201 Scenic Way, Pacifica, CA
                           Production for a private, custom, 2-storey residence on a
                           down slope lot. Design by PKM Construction Co., Inc.

2000               112-116 Melville, Palo Alto, CA
                           Schematic design for an R-2 parcel in old Palo Alto.
                           Multiple design options with full basements. Front unit
                           to be a rental and the rear unit was to be occupied by the
                           owner. The rear unit concept revolved around a gallery space
                           for the owner's extensive art collection.
