1906 Victorian bungalow in Bernal Heights. Second story addition and complete remodel of 1st floor and basement. Contemporary overlay of existing, period street facade. Project deferred.

Schematic designs for an R-2 parcel in the old Palo Alto. Multiple modernist design options some with full basements. Front unit to be a rental and the rear unit was to be occupied by the owner. The rear unit concept revolved around a gallery space for the owner's extensive art collection. Project deferred.
