  Competition for a 35,000 SF museum and educational facility for the School of Art & Design. 3-story scheme with basement for services.
   
2003 552 Myrtle Street, Half Moon Bay, CA
  Preparation of design review and construction document packages for a new dwelling on an R-2 zoned parcel. For PKM Construction Co., Inc., designer/general contractor.
   
2003  Private Residence, Hui Road, Anahola, HI
  Production architect for a new 1950 SF home and freestanding 4-car garage. Design by PKM Construction Co. and the owner.

  Production architect for a full 2nd floor addition to an existing 1-story house. Design by PKM Construction Co., Inc..

  Production / Project Architect for a 3-story, 23,000 SF credit union. Robert G. Sarnoff, AIA designer and "Architect of Record".
   
2003  Entry Facade for Bay World Trading, Ltd., Pier 9, Port of San Francisco, CA
  Assisted tenant with redesign of entry facade and obtaining Port approval.
   
2003 703 Stoneyford Drive, (Broadmoor) Daly City, CA
  New free-standing secondary dwelling (cottage) to accompany main residence. Master suite addition to main residence. Both projects deferred.
   
2003 SPCRR Train Storage Facility, Ardenwood Historic Farm, Fremont, CA
  RFQ submittal for site adaptation of a 50' x 125' steel framed historical train storage building. Commission awarded August 2003.
   
2003 466 San Mateo Ave. (West Coast Café), San Bruno, CA
  Existing, gutted 1-story structure with attic to undergo interior renovations and receive a new entry facade. Subject to city's architectural design review process.

2003 Condominium Complex, 19th & Oakwood, San Francisco, CA
 

PA / "Architect of Record" for a condominium complex consisting of 4 buildings. Design of 29 Oakwood & townhomes by others. Design of 19th Street, 19 unit building by Baukunst. Project features a variety of unit types, a landscaped spine, and a pocket park.

2003 Palisades Glacier Mountain Hut Competition
  Hiker's lodge in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Competition sponsored by UC Berkeley CED and funded by the Wiener Family Fund for Architecture + Landscape. Client is the United States Forest Service.
